PRIVATE CLASSES

Private (One-To-One) Classes are available specifically for those that cannot attend a group class due to scheduling difficulties or work commitments, or just simply require to work alone to accelerate their knowledge in specific areas of interest and/or to retain a regular regiment & discipline of fitness. A private class will be based on availability of schedule and space. Best times are in the mornings till early afternoons when the gym is free. Or arrangements can be made for the instructor to travel to the trainee's preferred location. All classes are a 1-hour session unless specifically requested

There are 3 areas of specific PRIVATE CLASSES on offer :-


Mainstream Students
1. Jeet Kune Do (Jun Fan/Kali) - For the person geared towards learning and improving on the specifics of the above-mentioned martial arts
Fee :- RM 80.00 per 1-hour session at Hybrid Gym (Mat Fees of RM18 is not included)
For travel to client's location :- RM120.00 per hour session depending on location

2.
Kickboxing  - For the person who wants to workout on fitness on his/her own time (eg; in the mornings, during lunch, etc.). 
Fee :- RM 80.00 per 1-hour session at Hybrid Gym
(Mat Fees of RM17 is not included)

For travel to client's location :- RM120.00 per hour session depending on location

PRIVATE CLASSES are open to adults, male or female, and at any age, young or old. Specifically, if one is passed his/her 50s or 60s (and retired from active working life), it is extremely important to maintain one's fitness level and health, not to mention strength, mobility and flexibility. Therefore, martial art training is integral in that aspect.


Special Needs
3. Special Needs Martial Arts - Open to high functioning individuals requiring special educational needs in martial art as therapy. Ages are from 6 above. Individual classes are RM150.00 per 1-hour session at Hybrid Gym (Gym fees not included). For more details, go to our Special Needs Martial Arts Page

 

*Assessment of potential student is required to gauge if martial art therapy is suitable for the individual. 

As everyone is different, training is geared towards the individual's ability and capacity. Workouts are done at the individual's pace and gradually challenged to improve and reach higher goals. More importantly, workouts will be fun and energetic!
